Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the j7j77 platform — including but not limited to the website at j7j77.net, any associated mobile applications, and all services offered thereunder — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j7j77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT depending on the method selected. The platform does not charge transaction fees on local mobile wallet deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party transaction fees imposed by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. j7j77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Where a third-party deposit is detected, j7j77 reserves the right to return the funds to the originating account and suspend the recipient account pending investigation. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on j7j77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, or using j7j77 in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

j7j77 employs a combination of automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is confirmed, j7j77 reserves the right to take any or all of the enforcement actions described above without prior notice to the account holder. j7j77's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 10 of these Terms.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the j7j77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, marketing materials, and the j7j77 brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of j7j77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j7j77 platform solely for your personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Limitation of Liability

• Any actions taken by j7j77 in good faith compliance with applicable law, court orders, or regulatory requirements that result in restriction of your account access or funds.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude j7j77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any form of liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and j7j77 makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Section 9

Account Suspension and Closure

j7j77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged account inactivity, or at the user's own request. Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons attributable to the user (such as a Terms violation), j7j77 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any funds held in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting j7j77 customer support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the user's registered payment method after standard verification procedures have been completed. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. j7j77 will notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be communicated in advance and will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain active account status and avoid dormancy fees.

Section 10

Amendments and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to j7j77's operating jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of j7j77's registered jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal dispute resolution process described below.

In the event of a dispute between you and j7j77, you are encouraged to first contact j7j77 customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. j7j77 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 7 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved through this informal process, the parties may agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation or arbitration, prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
